What is a niche/unorthodox superpower that seems useless at first but is actually insanely useful when you think about it

For me, my first thought was the ability to make it rain lightly. Not like severe hailstorms, but just make it go from a sunny day to a light shower immediately.

Seems useless right? Until you realize you can go to any drought stricken country and immediately bless the rains like it was Africa from that one TOTO song and solve their problems.

You can make it rain lightly, continuously, until it floods (sure it'd take a very long while) but you could essentially destroy entire nations if given enough time.

You could destroy entire nations, or fix entire nations with this relatively tame and boring superpower. You're not the equivalent of Storm from the X-Men, just a much shittier, low tier power version, but still insanely useful nonetheless.
