Real estate in Vesu Surat

I am exploring real estate in Surat Vesu and have following questions -

• What are current rate for a 3BhK Apartment in Vesu area?

• Does it have any scope of appreciation from Investment perspective?

• What are some good upcoming projects?

• Are there any other upcoming area apart from Vesu which will give good returns and will be as good as Vesu?

I will be shifting to Surat next month. So far I really liked Vesu in few visits and how it is different from various cities I have been. Things are more planned (comparatively to other cities in India) and mix of commercial & residential makes living easy. I have lived in various cities and even countries outside India. And I find Surat to give me mix of everything. It is far more balanced and as our country grows this City can really flourish. I really hope to make this city my home for long.

I don't know if everyone thinks this way. What are you all views on this?

P.S - I am not too much into partying or Alcohol. I just like places to eat and meet like minded people. I like drivable roads and close proximity to Airpot, Malls and activities. In my view, comparatively this City is far balanced than all top Cities in India.
