Red ink rejecting? Why so raised?

The black pieces don’t look like that red one. Is it rejecting? It’s tattoo #6 for me but not much experience with color so I’m just wondering if it’s the ink or placement that has the red looking so raised. It’s 2 days old. Just got out of the shower, if it looks dry it’s cause I didn’t aquaphor it yet lol
