Help with converting dates.

Hi, I'm in need of some help. I'd like to convert some numbers into numerals of a different language. Preferably not Roman as I see alot of people have the Roman numerals for a tattoo already. An I'd like to be 'different', as most of my tattoos are. I have some pretty rare and unique symbols on my body and I'd like to keep it that way.
