Can you pay 2024 estimated taxes after Jan 15?

I plan on overpaying my taxes for a sign up bonus, but want to confirm if Jan 15 is the deadline for 2024? Is there any option to pay after that, or will that automatically only be for 2025 (pay on IRS website via the third party processors)

I was hoping to prepay in like March, then file my tax return right after and then get the refund soon after.

To clarify, this would be an estimated tax payment and not my actual tax payment. (1040-es)
