Help- anybody know?

I have a friend in nepal with two Google maps verified businesses at the same address in Bhaktapur enjoying lots of good reviews. They are unrelated as one is a coffee shop and one is a travel agency. Suddenly, now the travel agent agency, which is poised for quick growth this next tourist season is no longer searchable. She can't figure out why and I'm stumped as well. Anyone else having this problem? Any at all thoughts and suggestions appreciated.
