so only one ear is ringing.

I just found out that tinnitus is normally both ears but for me only left ear is ringing . If you ask me what do i think causes it i am going to predict 99% loud music because i got it after very loud noise exposure . I just dont know is it going to stay or its permanent . Also im not sure why is only in left ear (please help)
