14 month old stopped saying some words when sick - is this normal?

Hi all, My 14 month old has recently gotten sick. No massive red flags but not herself as well as being constipated. We got into the family doctor in two days time. She has stopped saying some of her words (specifically woof woof” and dog”). She still points, shakes her head and grunts. She says mama. Just wondering if this is normal?
