Would you buy a Warhammer IV?

Presumably it would be on the fancy new engine they're supposedly making that's hopefully more stable and come with 6 or 7 factions depending on how the whole no preorder factions would affect the starting roster. Ideally, to me at least, it would be full map on launch, no realms of chaos or vortex mode. Maybe keep the tutorial from 3 though.

I assume the roster would something like: - Nippon - Kuresh - Ind - Araby - Albion? - Amazons? - Femir?

Of course everyone has their own expectations of what should be in WH III and what a WH IV would entail but you get the idea.

Personally I have no interest in 40K and would prefer this and I'm curious about how everyone else would feel about it.

Edit: I assume people aren't reading the full post, but to be clear, I'm not suggesting this is possible or likely. Nor if these races have enough content or would be allowed. Just wondering if you would buy a WH IV. That's all. I just suggested races for reference based on what I hear people mention. If you you wouldn't, cool, if so, cool, either way I think that's interesting and would like to hear why.
