Oral Minox Heart Sides - success?

26 Male. Anyone been able to successfully get rid of heart sides on oral minox? I love what the 2.5mg dose is doing for me but my heart rate skyrockets when I get out of bed in the morning.

Resting heart rate is unchanged, but noticed it takes a looong time to come back down after exercise.
