Tretinoin+Minoxidil heavy shedding. (31M)

I was already on both oral and topical Minoxidil and Finasteride(1mg/day) and Microneedling 1.25mm every other week. I recently started adding Tretinoin 0.025% cream to my entire scalp to help with the effectiveness of Minoxidil and I started shedding like crazy, my hair is thinning really bad. I figure that it’s most likely a shed and my guess is that the Tretinoin has made me a Minoxidil responder and I suspect that I wasn’t a Minoxidil responder before.

Has anyone here had a similar experience, having been using minoxidil which was followed by a heavy shed and then came out with good results?
