For aggressive balding dudes did medications grew your hair or just stopped further regressions

By aggressive i mean people who started balding early (18-21/22) with Norwood scale worsening everytime ?? Did the 3 combo worked to regrow your hair or just maintained it. IF SO FOR HOW LONG U BEEN ON IT?
