what are vermont’s laws in regards to protecting trans people from this administration?

Trump recently put out an executive order making non-binary people not recognized by the government, preventing trans people from using public facilities on federal property, preventing some folks from accessing gender affirming care, etc (this is what the admin spends its time doing, not improving access to healthcare, stopping our ungodly military spending, making food and housing much easier to access). How will trans folks be supported by our state?
