never had this happen before

normally when i withdraw my money it comes almost instantly or in like 10 minutes but i sold something for rather a lot of money (to me) and is the most expensive item i have sold and i withdrew my money 4 hours ago and its still not in my bank

any idea why? or if this is happening to anyone else?
