New hires
My store has been struggling to keep new hires in (lol what a surprise) but the thing with the new hires for maintenance has been something new, they’re 3 teenagers that don’t sweep or mop the aisles, barely clean the bathrooms and don’t even care about bale the plastics, as ON stocker we bale our cardboard but not the plastics and seems that no one cares, guess how long it will last until the manager discovers it.
