Is my water too cold?

It's +4°C (40F) in Stockholm now so I put my mora outside, and the water is now 17°C at light Chrome usage.

I have 2 x 3090's and a 13900k in the loop (nothing overclocked) and just a bit worried about starting a GPU render becasue I remeber a post about watching your delta so you dont get condensation on the blocks and fry everything but cant find it!

So basically... Whats the danger number for delta temp?

The loop is:

240 rad x 1

(no overclocking)
