Should I buy out of state?

I’m looking to buy a 2016-2018 Toyota 4Runner with under 100,000 miles on it.

I live in Massachusetts and I can’t find one below $25,000 in my state. I’m not looking to spend more than $380 a month on this car. I’m seriously considering looking out of state.

The only other car I would consider is a Toyota Highlander but the 4Runner checks all of my boxes and that’s why it’s my first choice
