Children's book in which the main girl who's obsessed with space makes star shaped cookies

Probably made in the 2000s or early 2010s.

Main girl wears a cute outfit with a space theme like having lots of star and crescent moon symbols on her, wears a skirt which I remember being ether pink or purple.

I definitely remember that she looks out her window to see stars and is inspired to make cookies that resemble stars and she sprinkles something on them to make them look pretty.
