Extend Wi fi in the production building

I would like to extend the wi fi coming from the offices in the production building/warehouse. They are located on two floors and are 750m^2 per floor. I have two switches per floor from which connection can be derived.

My goal is to have only one wi fi network staying connected all the time, rather than how it is now that i have some Wi Fi extenders/routers with different network names depending on the areas in which they are.

I heard that Mesh technology can do that? In case what products do you suggest? I am looking for a long-term stable and high quality solution. Thanks
