Bonneville windows in Canada

I've had two constant force coil balances break in a smaller, single-hung window (installed 2007) and have tried to contact Bonneville Windows (KP Windows) in Canada with little success (their Contact Form captcha is broken in all browsers I've tried, left a message with their Technical Support number).

Anyone else have these windows, and have you run into similar issues? On a side note, it's proving very difficult to find balance parts in Canada ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
