Forza Horizon 4 Xbox DVR clips/screenshots

Ok so this is a strange one. Anybody else experiencing an issue where horizon 4 clips and videos aren't showing up in third party sites such as xboxdvr and xboxclips? Also when looking on the official Xbox site, it doesn't list them if you go to captures.
