Lost YouTuber name

[| remember a YouTuber from the Caucas Region who wore attire like that of a garden gnome, had a beard and discussed history/ magic

I can't remember his username but I watched a video discussing wizards and guns (like how as guns we're developed, wizardry fell out of the historical zeitgeist of something to that effect.) | know he has mentioned that his heritage is from the caucas region and discusses some of the history and myth from the region in some of this videos. From what I can remember he sat on the left hand of the screen on a wooden chair and wore something like a garden gnome with a red cap and a (blue?) medieval looking tunic or something.
