Smaller acts and Ticking

I don’t like to speculate too much on an artists personal life, but do you think Smaller Acts is about Deb? It’s such a beautiful song and would love to hear everyone’s thoughts. Also Ticking is so beautifully heartbreaking. Definitely two of my favorites from the Album!
