Deinosuchus was a Cold-Blooded Animal, like a crocodile - and as such, it should be able to survive much longer without food - but have poorer stamina and tire quickly.
This will reduce the relentless automatic cannibalism among Deinos, reduce frustration, improve balance and make it more realistic.
