impossible drumsticks?

hey, new member here! i am looking for a very specific sort of drumsticks and can't find it through google so i'm asking here. my playing is very heavy and i break sticks on a regular basis and i can't afford to buy 3 new pairs every month. but i love playing with thin wooden sticks. So i wonder if there is a model of relatively thin wooden sticks with a metallic core, so it wont break. like the core of a pencil. if anyone knows, please let me know:)
