PI app help

So my PI migrated. Since I have mined more PI.. I want to transfer my PI to my wallet where my PI migrated to.. but when I hit transfer it just takes me to my all green KYC checklist saying "Please follow these steps to prepare for the transfer of your Pi Mobile Balance to the Mainnet" but yeah it's complete with nothing g else to click.. lol. How do i transfer more PI?
