Meditation Event - Player Behavior.

I’m new to this game. Two weeks and still drinking from a fire hose. I also tend to play solo, bit of an introvert (older player).

I’ve learned to join Public Events to level up and get better gear. First time I joined the “Meditation Event” and I was protecting something with another player (lvl 300+).

He goes off mute and tells me to leave. Goes into this profanity tirade. Making fun of my level (47). Turns into a jiggle. Was not expecting that. I have an old wireless headset and couldn’t figure how to unmute and ask what his issue was. I need to learn how to mute players.

Did I break an unwritten rule? If not, is this common in Public events? So far I am enjoying the game, but it’s not going to be enjoyable with players like him.
