Before and after cable management. Before, I used left over VESA extensions as a "cable bridge" it did the job and looked absolutely horrible. I decided to get a 19"server rack + cable sleeves. My pc is far away so cable management was extra difficult, hoping this might help someone.

I 22M had bloodwork done. I have many symptoms hinting towards low T. Turns out i might have a pituitary gland tumor. 😎 If i don’t, my results are still worrying overall.
