I was repotting my pilea plant bc the soil was really old and I wanted to check the roots. Come to find the soil around the roots are like a giant dust ball and are really stuck to the roots.. do I keep removing the old dusty dirt to expose the bare roots or should I just repot it or soak it?

Pepper help!! Anyone know why my jalapeños went from looking completely normal and healthy to like this in a matter of 2 days?? Any insight is greatly appreciated! We have about 10-12 other peppers on this plant and I would hate to see them all turn like this.

I saw little webs and assumed spider mites so I’ve been using neem oil for about 2-3 weeks. The spots are new though.. any help is greatly appreciated!!
