Yesssss, eco footprint: green! I feel like I've won something. I didn't think it would happen. Look at those light rays! :) There's 10 fireplaces, and I wasn't gonna change that. I think every possible water / energy saving upgrade (but not "fuel cell") has been done on every possible appliance.
